The effected server will be database server 217.115.118.109.
This will begin on Thursday 16-11-2017 at 2am.
The server will be down for a window of 2 hours and all shared hosting sites that use this server will be effected between 2am and 4am.

Summary: Due to the affects of storm Ophelia on Sunday 16 Oct, our phone provider is currently experiencing technical issues and as a result our phone lines are down for the moment. Due to maintenance on our storage nodes, the following servers’s will be rebooted Friday morning, starting at 1am GMT. The servers will only be down down for 10 minutes or less.
