  • Windows VZ Updates – November 11

    Summary: We are going to roll out some Windows updates to this node this evening . The node will require a restart after the updates have been applied so containers will remain offline for a few minutes during the reboot process.

    When: 11 November 22:00 GMT

  • VZNode2 Scheduled Maintenance

    Summary: We need to run some important software updates on this node. During the update process the node will need a reboot and all containers will be shutdown. The reboot process and container start-up should only last 5-10 minutes.

    When: Thursday 27th October 2011 22:00 GMT

    Service window: 25-30 minutes.

  • Problems with vznode3 17 June

    Summary: We are experiencing some issues with this node and are currently working to resolve this . We hope to have services restored in the next 15-20 minutes but will update this post with more info if we feel its going to take longer.

    Services affected: All containers on this node are effected. Users may be able to login but services will not be operable.

    Update@15:30: We have applied some fixes and have had to restart the node. Just waiting now for the server to restore connectivity. Will update shortly.

    Update@15:50: The system is still running a fsck or filesystem check. This needs to complete before services can resume .

    Update@18:50: We are contacting customers directly effected via email. Please open a support ticket if you have not received an email from us regarding this issue .

  • Reboot of VZ node required-03 Dec

    Summary: We need to perform some maintenance on this Virtuozzo node tonight at 10PM GMT. We will also take this opportunity to install latest updates for the virtuozzo platform.

    Services affected: All containers will remain offline during the shutdown and reboot sequence. We expect the entire process to last no longer than 15 minutes but customers may find their containers are started up sooner.

    Update @ 23:15: This maintenance has been completed with success. Thank you for your co-operation.

  • VZ Updates – Friday 05 Nov

    Summary: We need to roll out some updates to our windows virtuozzo node. This update will also include important windows updates.

    When: Friday 05 November @ 22:00 GTM

    Services Affected: All VE’s will be offline during the reboot but should not be offline for more than 15-20 minutes in total.

    Update @ 23:17: These updates have been completed and all containers are back online. If you notice any issues with your service please open a support ticket at helpdesk.myhost.ie
