At 5:30 am we experience a service outage due to a hardware failure at the data center. We have put a work around in place and services are resuming normal operation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

From Wednesday 21st to Saturday the 24th we will be applying a critical update to our Cloud platform. This will require that all virtual servers are rebooted during this period. Downtime for any server will be maximum 10 minutes. All reboots will take place between 12:00am and 06:00am to minimize
On Sunday morning we noticed connection issues from some ISPs. Our Data Center investigated and found an issue with one of their suppliers VirginMedia.
