  • Connection Issue

    On Sunday morning we noticed connection issues from some ISPs. Our Data Center investigated and found an issue with one of their suppliers VirginMedia. Virgin were notified of the issue and are currently working on resolving it. In the mean time, the Data Center has implemented a temporary workaround and services have returned to normal. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, however this was outside of our control.

  • Outage 30/11/22

    Summary: We experienced a hardware issue this morning on our primary hosting cluster at 00:20 GMT that caused an outage lasting approximately 35 minutes. We are currently investigating what was the cause and will update this post with more information.

  • Issues with Enterprise Mail Filtering Service

    Summary: We are currently experiencing issues with our enterprise mail filtering servers. We are in communication with the product developers and hope to get the issue resolved shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Services Affected: Customers using our spamfree.ie filtering servers will not be receiving mail. Mail will be queued and delivered once the issue is resolved.

  • Maintenance : Server Reboots 16 Nov

    Summary: We will be rebooting out shared web and mail servers this morning between 01:00 – 06:00GMT

    The outage will only last a few seconds.

  • IEDR Maintenance

    Summary: The Irish Domain Registry are currently implementing a major upgrade to their domain management systems. Their registration systems will be unavailable until approximately 14:00 hrs on 16 November.

    During this time it will not be possible to register a new .ie domain or edit your existing .ie domains from the client area or our main website.
