Summary: We are currently experiencing a network outage since approx 20:34 this evening which is effecting a number of servers . We are working to resolve this and will update this post shortly

Summary: Our Datacenter engineers will be upgrading the main router on Thursday and adding a new upstream provider (Level3) In order to do this upgrade they will need to swap out the main switch/router which will cause a couple of minutes downtime while the new hardware is being installed. Everything has been per-configured to minimize any downtime.

Window: 06:15 – 06:45
Impact: We expect a couple of minutes downtime while this work is being carried out.
Summary: The shared server pplinweb07 needs to be taken offline tonight to perform some important file system checks. We don’t think this will take too much time to complete but its necessary to complete this task to ensure a healthy filesystem.

Summary: We are currently experiencing issues on one of our cloud nodes . The raid array exposed a defective disk and is currently rebuilding but taken the array offline . We are waiting for this to complete but as a precaution containers are being provisioned to another node. This will take some time to complete as there are a number of containers affected.
