  • Updates to services affected by recent CPU exploit announcement.

    Summary: Last week we were alerted regarding a recent exploit discovered in Intel, AMD and ARM chips that can allow a remote attacker access data held in CPU memory across a range of servers, desktops, mobile phones etc utilizing these CPU’s . Initially we had been waiting for Vendors to release software patches to mitigate the exploit, these are now available and we will be updating all affected hardware nodes tomorrow morning starting at 0:00 GMT

    Maintenance Window:  Tuesday 09th Jan 0:00-06:00 GMT

    Services Affected:  All services will be affected by this maintenance window in some manner. We hope to keep disruptions to a minimum and majority of services will not experience any downtime. Some services will however need a reboot which will take 5-10 minutes

    Update: This maintenance was successful completed.

  • Network Outage Dublin Facility 05 Dec

    Summary: We are currently experiencing a network issue in our Dublin facility.  This is affecting all inbound connections to our services. We are actively working to resolve the situation. An update will be posted as more information is made available. We apologize for any inconvenience during this time.

    Update @ 11:49: We have identified the source of the outage as being a DDOS attack and can confirm this has now been isolated. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.

  • Phone Outage

    Summary: Due to the affects of storm Ophelia on Sunday 16 Oct, our phone provider is currently experiencing technical issues and as a result our phone lines are down for the moment. We hope to have service back in a few hours. For the moment please use email or live chat if you need to speak to us. Also please bear in mind there will be a higher volume of email and live chat requests than normal, so response times will be impacted. Thank you !

  • Network Outage – 03 March 2017

    Summary: We are currently aware of a network outage in our Dublin facility. We are working with network engineers to establish the source of the issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Update @ 15:49: This has been resolved and network access restored.

  • Network Outage 23 Dec

    Summary: We are currently experiencing network issues with one of our main carriers. This is impacting all services hosted in our Dublin facility. We apologize and hope to have this resolved as quickly as possible. More updates to follow.
