  • Cloud Platform critical update

    From Wednesday 21st to Saturday the 24th we will be applying a critical update to our Cloud platform. This will require that all virtual servers are rebooted during this period. Downtime for any server will be maximum 10 minutes.

    All reboots will take place between 12:00am and 06:00am to minimize disruption.

    We apologize for any inconvenience but this is a necessary step to maintain our systems security and provide you with reliable hosting solution.

  • IEDR Maintenance

    Summary: The Irish Domain Registry are currently implementing a major upgrade to their domain management systems. Their registration systems will be unavailable until approximately 14:00 hrs on 16 November.

    During this time it will not be possible to register a new .ie domain or edit your existing .ie domains from the client area or our main website.

  • Updates to services affected by recent CPU exploit announcement.

    Summary: Last week we were alerted regarding a recent exploit discovered in Intel, AMD and ARM chips that can allow a remote attacker access data held in CPU memory across a range of servers, desktops, mobile phones etc utilizing these CPU’s . Initially we had been waiting for Vendors to release software patches to mitigate the exploit, these are now available and we will be updating all affected hardware nodes tomorrow morning starting at 0:00 GMT

    Maintenance Window:  Tuesday 09th Jan 0:00-06:00 GMT

    Services Affected:  All services will be affected by this maintenance window in some manner. We hope to keep disruptions to a minimum and majority of services will not experience any downtime. Some services will however need a reboot which will take 5-10 minutes
