This is to allow for essential infrastructure maintenance.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Maintenance on the above services has been concluded and the servers are up and running.
Connection to all our services is intermittent at the moment due to a networking issue at the data center. Engineering at the data center are currently working to resolve this.
Update: The issue has been resolved.
We will be carrying out updates to our cloud platform infrastructure starting on Friday 20th July to Wed 26th July. Updates will be completed outside of business hours. Some services will be affected as reboots are carried out, these will be kept to a minimum.
The database server at 217.115.117.183 is currently offline for updates to mysql. To maintain data consistency we have taken the server off line while the updates are performed.
The server will be back on line before 6am.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused, however this is necessary maintenance.
Update: Database Server 217.115.117.183 is back online.
We are upgrading our older shared hosting database servers to Mysql 5.6.
The effected server will be database server 217.115.118.109.
This will begin on Thursday 16-11-2017 at 2am.
The server will be down for a window of 2 hours and all shared hosting sites that use this server will be effected between 2am and 4am.
