We will be carrying out updates to our cloud platform infrastructure starting on Friday 20th July to Wed 26th July. Updates will be completed outside of business hours. Some services will be affected as reboots are carried out, these will be kept to a minimum.

Mail Issues 14 Sept
Summary: We are experiencing a high load on our shared mail servers . We are currently working to resolve this but mail will be down during this time. Your email will not be lost and once the queue is resumed , delivery will continue.
More updates will follow .
Update @ 19:34 : Issue now resolved, the mail service has been returned to normal. There will be an initial load on the system as delayed mail is processed but it wont last for too long . Apologies for this outage .
