  • VPS reboots

    Due to maintenance on our storage nodes, the following servers’s will be rebooted Friday morning, starting at 1am GMT. The servers will only be down down for 10 minutes or less.

  • Issue on Windows Shared Hosting Server

    We are currently investigating an issue on one of the windows shared hosting servers.

    The affected IPs are:

    217.115.117.120, 217.115.117.166, 217.115.117.177.

    We hope to have the server back online as soon as possible.

     

    Update: The Server is now back online and operating correctly.

  • Network Issue 6 Oct

    We are currently experiencing a network issue in our Dublin Data Centre. Our Engineers are currently working on resolving this. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

     

    Update@01:10am: Service has been restored.

  • Database server issue

    Summary: One of our database servers. 217.115.117.183 used on our shared hosting platform, suffered data corruption which was detected during the night,  it was decided  to restore from backups to minimize impact on sites up-time. Customers can open a support ticket if they have any questions.

  • Updates to Hardware Nodes #4

    We will be applying updates to three hardware nodes at starting at 2 am GMT Thurs 17th Mar.

    The nodes will have to be rebooted upon update completion.

    We expect reboots to complete within an hour per node.
