  • VPS node alert

Due to a hardware fault reported to us on one of our nodes we had to migrate the containers to a new node to maintain the data integrity of the containers hosted on this node.

The issue was identified at 12:30pm and the migration started at 1pm. Starting the containers on the new node was completed by 1:30pm.

  • Cloud Platform critical update

From Wednesday 21st to Saturday the 24th we will be applying a critical update to our Cloud platform. This will require that all virtual servers are rebooted during this period. Downtime for any server will be maximum 10 minutes.

All reboots will take place between 12:00am and 06:00am to minimize disruption.

We apologize for any inconvenience but this is a necessary step to maintain our systems security and provide you with reliable hosting solution.

  • Connection Issue

On Sunday morning we noticed connection issues from some ISPs. Our Data Center investigated and found an issue with one of their suppliers VirginMedia. Virgin were notified of the issue and are currently working on resolving it. In the mean time, the Data Center has implemented a temporary workaround and services have returned to normal. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, however this was outside of our control.
