  • Latency issue across Infrastructure.

    Summary: We are experiencing hardware issues with our infrastructure which is service impacting. Customers will experience slower than normal website loading times. Email will not be impacted. Customers using Titan Email will not be impacted. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

    We are currently working to resolve the issue.

    Update: The issue has been resolved and services have returned to normal operating levels.

  • Network issue

    Connection to all our services is intermittent at the moment due to a networking issue at the data center. Engineering at the data center are currently working to resolve this.

  • Shared hosting server plsklin02.myhost.ie outage

    The shared hosting server plsklin02.myhost.ie became unresponsive this evening on Fri Jun 7 19:36:55 IST 2024.

    The server was found to be under an attack from malicious bots creating a high level of IO traffic. This impacted on the servers performance and its stability.

    Measures were taken to mitigate the traffic and the server was back on line at Sat Jun 8 03:27:34 IST 2024.

    
    
  • Service Interuption 23-Jan-24

    At 5:30 am we experience a service outage due to a hardware failure at the data center. We have put a work around in place and services are resuming normal operation.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  • Service interuption Sat 7/10/2023

    Summary: At approximately 8:20am we were notified of some outages on our services. On investigation with the data center we were made aware that power has failed to one of our racks. This is currently being worked on at the data center to bring services back online.

    Services Affected: All services located in our Dublin facility are currently offline.

    Update 11:40AM – Power has been restored to the rack and hardware nodes are powering up. Services will resume once the nodes have completed health checks and stabilized.
