  • Payment Gateway Issue

    The company which handles our payment gateway are experiencing problems with their credit card processing system.

    We are unable to process credit or laser card payments at the moment until this issue is resolved.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Further updates to follow.

    UPDATE @ 15:20 Our card payment gateway provider Realex Payments has informed us that they have resumed normal service following their outage

  • Shared Server Irlplesk1n (217.115.114.5)

    This server is unresponsive at present, we are working to resolve this as soon as possible. We will update the post with further info asap.

    UPDATE @ 16:15 Server is back up now, and normal service resumed. Apologies for the inconvenience.

  • Network Outage

    Summary: We are currently experiencing a denial of service attack, we are working to find the source of the attack and resolve the issue. A number of customers are affected. We will update this status blog with more information over the next 10-15 minutes. Apologies for the inconvenience.
