  • Network Outage 23/05/20

    Summary: We are currently experiencing a network outage in our Dublin facility affecting all services. We are working with engineers on-site to determine the cause of the issue and will update this post with further updates.

    Update @ 19:49 GMT: The issue was traced to a faulty network switch and this has now been replaced. All services are now operational. Apologies for the inconvenience.

  • Network Issue 15 Feb 2019

    Summary: We are aware of an issue at the moment with our network which is effecting all services. We are trying to pinpoint the issue and will revert once we establish a solution. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Update @ 17:11: We are currently experiencing a Denial Of Service attack. We are working to resolve this and will update you as soon as we get an update.

    Update @ 18:09: We have been working to stabilize the network and locate the source of the DoS attack. Everything is looking good at the moment as of 17.30pm so we are continuing to monitor the network for any malicious traffic. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this outage.

  • IEDR Maintenance Jan 16th

    Summary: The Irish Domain Registry (IEDR) will be performing updates to their core CRS system. This will effect a customers ability to search/register/modify a .ie domain name.

    Maintenance Window: Wednesday 16 January 18.30-21:00 GMT

    Services Affected: CRS Production environment,
    ability to search/register/modify a .ie domain name.

  • Essential Maintenance 08 June 23:00 – 01:00 GMT

    Summary: We will be running some essential updates to our billing platform and during this time our website and client area will be taken offline. Web Hosting, Cloud Servers and Email will not be affected and you will still be able to access your hosting panel https://cp.myhost.ie as normal. These updates just affect the billing area.  Please note also during this time , no new domain or hosting orders can be placed.

    What’s changing: We will be splitting out our billing to a new subdomain https://billing.myhost.ie and upgrading our billing platform

    Maintenance window: 23:00 – 01:00 GMT approximately 2 hours but we are expecting this to complete a lot sooner.

    Services affected: Billing, client area, ordering new services, helpdesk

     

  • Dublin DC Network Issues 09 Jan

    Summary: We are aware of a network issue currently affecting all services in our Dublin facility.  We are currently working to locate the source of the issue. It looks like this may be related to one of our carriers and traffic has now been rerouted via BGP so the network is functioning again.

    We will continue to work with local engineers to isolate the issue and provide another update.
