  • Problems with vznode3 17 June

    Summary: We are experiencing some issues with this node and are currently working to resolve this . We hope to have services restored in the next 15-20 minutes but will update this post with more info if we feel its going to take longer.

    Services affected: All containers on this node are effected. Users may be able to login but services will not be operable.

    Update@15:30: We have applied some fixes and have had to restart the node. Just waiting now for the server to restore connectivity. Will update shortly.

    Update@15:50: The system is still running a fsck or filesystem check. This needs to complete before services can resume .

    Update@18:50: We are contacting customers directly effected via email. Please open a support ticket if you have not received an email from us regarding this issue .

  • Mail Server Problems – 08 June

    Summary: We are experiencing an issue at the moment with our mail servers. Customers currently will not be able to send or receive mail at this time . We will update this post when we have more information.

    Update @ 15:18: Services should be returning to normal in the next few minutes. There will be an initial load on the system as delayed mail is processed but it wont last for too long . Apologies for this outage .

  • Phone problems 11 April

    Summary: We have been notified by some customers that calling our main number 061 749922 from a landline is not working at the moment but calling from a mobile works fine. We have reported this to our phone service provider and they have began to investigate this issue . Apologies for the inconvenience. Please note that email and live chat is the best option if you do not wish to call us via mobile phone.

  • winvznode1 problems – reboot necessary

    Summary: We are experiencing issues with this Windows Virtuozzo node and unfortunately we need to reboot this server . During the reboot process all containers will remain offline. The process should only take 3-4 minutes .

    Update @ 12.40: This server was rebooted in the last few minutes and has now completed. Containers are in the process of starting up.

  • Maintenance – Virtuozzo Node Dec 28th

    Summary: We have been getting CPU temp warnings on this NODE so we need to take it offline and replace the heatsink + fan . Total downtime will be approx 60 minutes.

    Time: 13:00 GMT – 14:00 GMT

    Update: This has been rescheduled for 14:30 GMT. Apologies for any inconvenience.

    Update @ 15:00: The HSF unit has been replaced and the server is now back online. Containers are currently starting up.

    Update @ 15:14: All containers are now back online . The hardware upgrade was successful and we are no longer receiving temp warnings .

    We will update this post with updates during the maintenance period.
