  • Network Outage 29 Oct

    Summary: We are currently experiencing a denial of service attack . We are currently investigating the source of the attack . A number of customers are affected . We will update this status blog with more information over the next 10-15 minutes .

    Update @ 23:00: We have isolated the source of the attack and network load has returned to normal. Apologies for this outage .

  • VZNode2 Scheduled Maintenance

    Summary: We need to run some important software updates on this node. During the update process the node will need a reboot and all containers will be shutdown. The reboot process and container start-up should only last 5-10 minutes.

    When: Thursday 27th October 2011 22:00 GMT

    Service window: 25-30 minutes.

    Update: Unfortunately this has been postponed until a later date. We will reschedule and inform all affected customers .

  • vznode2 currently offline

    Summary: This virtuozzo node is currently offline. An engineer is on site and investigating . We will update this post with more information once we discover the issue .

    Update @ 15:01: The node needed a reboot . This is now underway. I will post another update once services are starting up again .

    Update @ 15:03: The server has completed the reboot and is now starting up each container. This will take 5-10 minutes before all containers are back online .

    Update @ 15:19: Most of the containers are now back online , just a few left and these are starting.

    Update @ 15:38: All services are restored but there will be some slowdown initially as the server processes additional load due to the outage. This will not last long however.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

  • Mail Issues 14 Sept

    Summary: We are experiencing a high load on our shared mail servers . We are currently working to resolve this but mail will be down during this time. Your email will not be lost and once the queue is resumed , delivery will continue.

    More updates will follow .

    Update @ 19:34 : Issue now resolved, the mail service has been returned to normal. There will be an initial load on the system as delayed mail is processed but it wont last for too long . Apologies for this outage .

  • Server Problems 05/08 – irlplesk3

    Summary: This server started to develop issues this evening and is currently not responding . We have an engineer on site and is currently investigating the issue . More updates will be posted as they become available.

    Update @ 01:43: Server is back online but will be slow initially while services start. We are still checking the server to discover what the initial issue was .
