  • Issues with Mail + Web

    Summary: We are experiencing an issue with one of our mail servers (Titan) and shared hosting server (irlplesk2) . We are working on resolving these issues as quickly as possible . We will post further updates as we get them . Please open a support ticket if you need an urgent update.

    Update@10:44: We are still working on this and service should be restored very shortly. We apologize for this outage this morning .

    Update@11:30: All servers are now back online but mail will run slowly for some time as it processes the backlog . Please be patient during this period.

  • VZ Updates – Friday 05 Nov

    Summary: We need to roll out some updates to our windows virtuozzo node. This update will also include important windows updates.

    When: Friday 05 November @ 22:00 GTM

    Services Affected: All VE’s will be offline during the reboot but should not be offline for more than 15-20 minutes in total.

    Update @ 23:17: These updates have been completed and all containers are back online. If you notice any issues with your service please open a support ticket at helpdesk.myhost.ie

    During the upgrades our helpdesk and live chat will be open . We will update this post with progress and when completed and all services are back online
