    Update @ 22:05: The server has rebooted and containers are starting up.

    Update @ 22:10:All containers are back online and the update was successful.

    There will be no further updates.

  • Network Outage

    Summary: We are currently experiencing a denial of service attack, we are working to find the source of the attack and resolve the issue. A number of customers are affected. We will update this status blog with more information over the next 10-15 minutes. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    UPDATE @ 11:55 We have isolated the source of the attack and network load has returned to normal. Apologies for this outage .

  • Plesk Upgrade – Shared Server Irlplesk3

    Summary: We will be performing an important Plesk update tonight . Services will be restarted as the server will need to be rebooted to complete Windows updates. Downtime should not be anymore than a couple of minutes but websites will remain offline during this period.
