Summary: We are currently experiencing hardware failure which is effecting all services. The issue is with one of the routers located in the datacenter. Engineers are currently working to resolve this and we hope to have services restored shortly.

Update @ 11.21: Services are now being restored as network access is restored. We will be emailing out a full report once we gather all information on what happened. Sincere apologies for this outage.

Update @ 11.49: We are still experiencing some issues with or VZ Nodes as these are still unreachable externally. This is being resolved and service will be restored as soon as possible.

Update @ 12:01: This issue has been resolved and all services have been fully restored.
